		<description>A great presentation.  Although I find &#147;Web 2.0&#148; a bit pretentious, rather like &#147;Fourth Generation Warfare&#148;.  Does the Constitution with the first 10 amendments constitute Constitution 2.0 (more accurately, Constitution 3.0, I suppose).</description>
