First of all my heart goes out to Terri's family.
I was wondering how Terri could of been in hospice for such a long time? Their rules from what I understand is you have to be dying and maybe up to 6 months to live. of course people live longer but they evaluate every 2 months. Terri wasn't even dying. WHY WAS SHE PLACED IN HOSPICE?

My position on the Schiavo matter has vascilated back and forth over the past few days as I've agonized over the matter.Should she be given a chance at life? If so, what kind of life are we talking about? Is...

Well, we agree on this much about the Schiavo case. I think they've got crap for legal representation--apparently they haven't figured out how to frame their case properly in the courts. ::sigh:: Maybe I'm just being an armchair lawyer, but it's ridiculous. Not that they should give up, but they should have gotten a better lawyer.
And I agree, Jeb shouldn't go outside the law either. Just because Klintoon repeatedly thumbed his nose at the law doesn't mean Jeb (or W, as some have pleaded for) should do it as well. SOME people fail to realize how far Jeb has stuck his neck out already...and that if it weren't for him, she'd have been gone in 2003.

If Jeb Bush goes outside the law and acts, then this country is Bolivia with nukes.
