Jeff Barth is running for Congress against Kristi Noem in North Dakota’s at-large District, apparently as an Independent. In this five minute video, he explains why he should be your next Congressman, including among the reasons being the fact that he once rode an ostrich:
It’s South Dakota, not North Dakota, also, he was elected as a Democrat (he’s referencing that in the video) and he’s running in the Democratic Primary. Not sure what you got the idea that he’s an Independent.

I’m guessing the success of his candidacy is hinging on whether he used a teleprompter or not.
I really start to worry about his health by the end.

All’s I’m getting from this is that he failed to stop the Berlin Wall from getting built and he let Nelson Mandela be imprisoned.
