Big Gay Jesus

Gay Bishop Robinson Ignites Furious Response after Jesus Comments

[Bishop Gene Robinson] commented that Jesus was an unmarried, “non-traditional man” who did not uphold family values, “travelled with a bunch of men” and enjoyed an especially close relationship with one of his disciples.

I suppose this gives a whole new interpretation to the passage “turn the other cheek.” Sorry, I couldn’t resist.

    I doubt it.

Now, let’s postulate that with a small change.
Say the minister leaves his wife and kids for another MAN.

That’s our situation with V. Gene Robinson.

There actually are bishops who have been divorced. Not much is said about them. It’s part of being human. Not that divorce is something to be aspired to, but sinfulness is a part of the human condition. Find me a bishop who has never sinned–or a Pope, and I’ll show you some swampland I have for sale in Florida.
