Kobe Bryant just told Steven A. Smith live on the radio that he wants to be traded from the LA Lakers.

    As a Lakers fan, I would be heart broken if Kobe left, but at least for the first time he has put to bed the grand theory that Kobe got rid of Shaq. All of the facts point to Buss making this decision independent of Kobe, but because of the rape case and general dislike for him, he’s been stuck with that label. If it has to happen though, I’m hoping for a trade with Seattle or Portland for Odom or Durant.
