Via Andrew Exum, who quips, “This is basically the comic book version of the CNAS policy brief I co-authored today.” The brief, “Forging a Libya Strategy: Policy Recommendations for the Obama Administration,” is less funny but more informative.

Lot of fun little details there — the wear and tear, the comics code authority take-off, “War No. 3″… But I wonder about that map of the U.S. on the table. Is he saying that Gaddafi is planning attacks on U.S. soil?
