CBS: Terri Schiavo Dead

CBS News reports that Terri Schiavo has died. They did so on March 28th. She has not, so far as we’re aware, actually died.

Radio host Glenn Beck apparently scooped this story and has a PDF screenshot from CBS’s website backing him up. Michelle Malkin has the details.

Update (1114): Commenter Phil Davis points out that this is merely a pre-written obituary, which he terms “a standard practice.” Certainly right. The error here is simply in publishing it prematurely, something that unfortunately happens with some regularity. The NYT has done it several times that I know of, for instance.

The screenshot states the date as March TK, 2005, which is standard abbreviation for data to come. It is obviously a pre-written obituary, which is standard practice.
