Why is it so hard for people to see Dick Cheney as a hard working VP who is serious about his job and is not subject to the normal image pressure of Washington?

The guy is serious as a heart attack (no joke intended). I get the same feeling about the President, they are there to do a job and take the job as the most important responsibility in the world.

The fact that he can do his job so well and love his family at the same time is a credit to him. Cheney is a man’s man that we can all respect.

As far as his gay daughter and the relationship between them we should remember love the sinner but hate the sin.
