The Donald:
Trump used that reference to Putin as an opportunity to chide the Russian dictator for allegedly killing journalists.
“I hate some of these people, but I would never kill them,” Trump said of the journalists who cover him. “I would never kill them. I would never kill them… I would never kill them, but I do hate them. And some of them are such lying, disgusting people.”
Well, then.

Jiminy Chrstmas, he sounds like a myna bird. Once he learns some new words he’s likely to repeat them ad infinitum.
I’m sure his statement that he would never kill journalists came as a grave disappointment to some of his followers.
Charles Pierce has come up with another description for The Donald:
@grumpy realist:
I heard him described today as “An extended Nathan Fielder prank.”
I think that theory has some mighty weight behind it.
This is just Trump’s way of saying “Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest?”
@grumpy realist:
Yeah, but yams are actually good for you.
@grumpy realist: I don’t remember where I saw it (might have been right here), but I liked Trump described as a human version of internet comments.
