HURRICANE HYSTERIA

John Cole observes that, after days of hyping Hurricane Isabel, it now looks like the storm will be much weaker than anticipated by the time it actually arrives. It often seems to go that way. I generally wait until the day before a storm is supposed to hit before paying much attention.
