It also might be the most useless document in political history. If Santorum drops out after Florida and Newt’s SuperPac keeps getting big money donations, it becomes a two man race with both men having enough resources to at least compete with the other. At that point, it’s not enough to dog the other guy. You’ve got to get people excited about yourself.
