Phillip Coons poses the question,

Why do people enable comments on their blogs if they label anyone who comments (with an opposing viewpoint) a troll???

Heh.

Personally, I reserve the term for people who post idiotic, inflammatory comments without any substance for the purpose of inciting flame wars. So far, I have been fortunate to have very few of these.
