NOT A DIME’S WORTH OF DIFFERENCE

Kevin Drum points to yet another example, Kit Bond and new EPA regulations, of ostensible states’ rights Republicans legislating matters that impact only one state. I get that legislators have different functions than political philosophers, in this representing the interests of a district, but it is indeed a frustrating phenomenon.
