Well, there’s a subtle difference between a guy who’s been one of Bush’s closest advisors since his Texas days, and was right-leaning enought to get the AG job, but apparently not rabidly activist enough to get the conservative Christian endorsement for the Supreme Court, and a guy who openly endorsed and supported the other party’s candidate for President.
Not that I’m a big fan of either of these guys…
