  1. Paul Hooson says:

Wow! Thank you everyone and Rodney! I came up both best and worst! – I love horror movies, so horror movie humor is right up my aisle. – I once thought of making my own comedy sci-fi/horror movie inspired by this oversized bathrobe a girlfriend made me. I think it would have fit that 9ft alien played by Richard Kiel(Jaws from the James Bond series) in that TWILIGHT ZONE “TO SERVE MAN” episode. – My idea was BATHROBEY: BATHROBE MONSTER FROM THE PLANET ARGON, a 50’s black&white sendup of those bad sci-fi/horror films of the era. Something on the order of Ed Wood’s PLAN NINE FROM OUTER SPACE or ROBOT MONSTER, that awesome antinuclear war mess of a film that nearly led to the suicide of the director because of audience laughter at the ROBOT MONSTER actually being a 300lb. guy in a gorilla suit wearing a deep sea diving helmet….Somewhere in a museum next to Frankenstein’s Monster, Dracula, The Mummy, The Wolfman, I’d love to see BATHROBEY: BATHROBE MONSTER FROM THE PLANET ARGON…There needs to be a spot for the very worst movie monster ever….

I’d have put Pinky’s on top.
