    Whew. My next book was going to explain everything. I’m just glad this guy didn’t beat me to it.

    And why do people have to blog heavy about esoteric academic stuff. Isn’t that what boring conferences are for? And those insipid little visiting lectures we have to attend? I thought the blogosphere was for goofballs. Makes me think that serious academic bloggers can’t cut it on the visiting academic or conference circuit.
