Dodd Harris blogs on Kentucky’s sneaky revenue scheme: a license plate so stupid that one is virtually forced to pay extra for a specialty tag. Heh.

Alabama did the same thing a few years back, with a bizarre pink and baby blue pastel plate. The current tag is much nicer.
