Clearly we need to ban texting while walking to prevent this sort of thing… she could have drowned! The government has to protect her!

What strikes me about this is the sheer stupidity of the person who posted this video. Presumably this was shot inside some sort of security office for the mall. Even if the actual person charged with monitoring the CCTV system wasn’t the one who posted the video, job firings and even a possible lawsuit are likely to result.
