THERE IS NO NEUTRAL
Michael J. Totten explains why even the “neutral” Red Cross is getting targeted.
More than two years have passed since Al Qaeda attacked New York and Washington. For more than two years the world has known, and should have been able to grasp, that the “infidel” is their enemy. You, Mrs. Doumani, are an “infidel.” You are not an Islamic fascist. So you’d better watch your back and quit pretending you are a neutral. You will never please them. You can never appease them. You will never earn their trust, their thanks, or their respect. Never. Get used to it. When they say they want to kill you, for your own sake, for all our sakes, take them at their word.
Yep. Wearing a Red Cross, a blue beret, or a “nice, open” soft cap instead of a “mean, threatening” helmet aren’t going to deter those militantly opposed to our way of life. It’s past time we all learned that.
Yeah, I have to keep explaining this to certain people over and over again: They don’t hate us because we are Americans – they hate us because we are infidels.
We could pull out of Iraq and help wipe Israel off the face of the planet and they would STILL want to kill us all.
