TTLB GLITCH
Steven Taylor and Tom Royce congratulate me for making it to Mortal Human status on the The Truth Laid Bear Ecosystem. Thanks for noticing!
Alas, it is a mere technical glitch. For reasons unknown to me, a second listing for OTB was added on the 17th and, starting even more recently, the second listing starting counting self-referrals (me linking to OTB archives) as “details.” Something else is going on as well, as I have jumped from 251 to 304 to 370 to 421 in just the past four days. At any rate, THAT version of OTB is now ranked at #30.
OTB Classic, relying only on external links, is way down at #65 making steady but much less spectacular progress. I’ve reported this anomaly to Mr. Bear but, alas, he appears to be hybernating (or, perhaps, working his paying job) and has not responded.
Amusingly, The Drudge Report, which I personally added to the Ecosystem yesterday in response to Dean Esmay’s argument that it is a blog, actually ranks below the Bloated OTB. Heh.
