I continue to get referrals from this Dean’s World TrackBack and this Kevin McGehee TrackBack on a joke post from early June. Indeed, that and such frivolities as the Blog Chicks Pix seem to always generate more sustained interest than virtually any political post I’ve ever composed.

James, just write about sexism in the blogosphere if you want a big hit for a political subject. Or abortion. Or men v. women (the men’s rights thing is always huge).
The biggest subject, of course, is sex. I got more than 3,000 hits when I wrote about rating comic book superheroes as date material. Glenn linked it, and ba-boom! I was all over the blogosphere, including on some erotic site, from which I STILL get hits to this day.
