Reason’s Bian Doherty has an interesting story about a multimillionaire suing because he was denied the right to board an airplane when he refused to show identification. This leads to a discussion of the right to privacy and a realization that there is no such thing and that, indeed, Americans have shown time and again a willingness to give up vast amounts of information for small increases in conveniency or financial savings.
