Libby is not sitting in Congress on the Homeland Security Committee. Libby hurts no one. Jefferson can be sold to the highest bidder. $90,000 is the going rate, so far.

Be fair. The alleged bribe was $100K. They only recovered $90K. There’s no reason to try and have Jefferson take cut rate bribes.

Libby is currently a private citizen. Can you think of any other prominent citizen who was charged with perjury?
