Man, I get dragged into the Axis of Weevil and suddenly all hell breaks loose in the Heart of Dixie: Alabama Legislators Render State’s Obscenity Law Illegal. The thing that baffles me about this is that the site claims that, because a stupid provision in the stupid law has been ruled unconstitutional, the whole law is therefore unconstitutional. I’m about 99.9% sure it doesn’t work that way. These things are virtually always severable.

BTW, would take exception to your “dragged into the Axis” bit…you mean you didn’t fill out that application like the rest of us? Hardly sounds like coercion to MB!
