For the first time in years, weather forecasting groundhog Punxsutaney Phil did not see his shadow signaling an early Spring. Today, Wednesday, Feb. 02, 2011, the newest member of the inner circle, Samuel Adams founder and brewer, Jim Koch, center, rejoiced with thousands of onlookers and toasted Phil’s prediction with a bottle of spring seasonal Noble Pils, Groundhog’s Day official beer in Punxsutaney, Pa.
