CHEM ATTACKS ‘UNLIKELY’: WaPo experts say US control of the air makes it unlikely Iraq will be able to successfully employ their outdated chemical stockpiles. Indeed, this is the rationale for going to war rather than trusting that “containment” will prevent their use.
