DEATH BY ANALOGY

Politics1 reports a rather unkind assessment:

Think you’ve seen some brutal quotes? Then check out this one from Friday’s Miami Herald: “He’s the Reubin Askew and Fritz Hollings of 2004. He’s got a great resume, gray hair all over, not just around the temples. He’s the ideal mature, Southern candidate. But something’s just not clicking,” said pollster John Zogby about the Presidential campaign of US Senator Bob Graham (D-FL). Graham is currently mired in the 1-2% range in all key early contest states.

Ouch. Well, at least they’re not calling him the Ed Muskie of 2004.
