This is a male latrine, there shouldn't be any drawings of dicks.
I have a strong suspicion that this is genuine:

Is there a similar sign for women’s latrines? One of my part-time colleges jobs was in ‘custodial maintenance’, i.e., ‘janitor’. The graffiti in women’s rooms was no classier than in the men’s.
Try not to Tweet pictures of your dick to college girls, too.
Given the amount of graffiti in Men’s rooms that I have seen at the universities where I have attended or worked, I have no doubt that the sign is accurate.
Military heads now have doors on the stalls? Man, times have changed in the last 40 years.
