FOX SLURS III: Some guy with a bad combover, whose credentials I do not know, opines that Saddam is indeed dead because otherwise his troops would be too scared to surrender. In which case he’s been dead since the first day of the 1991 Gulf War. Just shows has clever he is, I guess.
