It isn’t the fish or the reduced omega 3’s. It is what the are frying it in, namely omega 6 rich fatty acid oils such as vegetable oil.
This is not normalized for body weight, is it? So the fried fish belt might be heavier, but have the same stroke rates as other heavy samples.
