Chuck Horner on Gulf War I vs Gulf War II

Gen. Chuck Horner, who ran the air operations in Gulf War I, writes in today’s LA Times why we need different tactics this go-around. Interesting–although I’m still not convinced that this isn’t part of a deception operation. Time will tell. (link via RealClear Politics)
