    My sister is celebrating her 61st in Costa Rica. She just posted a picture of an 8oz bag of Lays Potato Chips available at the resort she is visiting for a mere gazillion colones ($10US).
    My notion that Costa Rica is one of the more politically and economically stable countries south of the border has been shattered.
