Stephen, who does more blogging before 3 AM than most do all day, ridicules a Jimmy Carter-esque policy idea by Charles Krauthammer, calling it “the stupidest-assedist” policy imaginable. He also manages to work in a P.J. O’Rourke reference, which is always good.
