    I think that conservatives are pretty scared about the fact that Obama is doing so well in the eyes of the public, that he has emerged as the only mature leader in Washington, and that the average folks out there will be listening to the speech with interest.

    I expect that the speech will be well received, and that Obama’s approvals will rise even more. I suspect Will expects the same, hence his preemptive diss.
