Eugene Volokh explains why good grammar be good.
This was a great observation. There are several faculty in our department that really show their command of the English language in their emails, and it isn’t all that good. I try to convince my students to adopt a more “proper” lifestyle, which includes good grammar and grooming; people with nose rings and face tatoos just don’t do well in life.
Yep. Although Mike Tyson makes more money than I do and has a facial tatoo. But, on the main, not much doubt about it.
