Donald Sensing links a WaTi report that the Army’s CID is investigating the circumstances of the ambush in which PFC Jessica Lynch was initially captured. While the CID is in the criminal investigation business, the inquiry is supposedly just an after action review to see what lessons can be learned to avoid such incidents in the future–although criminal charges could theoretically be filed if warranted.
