MICROSOFT CAPS HOTMAIL: In an effort to prevent the use of their accounts for Spamming, Microsoft is limiting users of free Hotmail accounts to 100 messages sent per day. No mention if they are going to limit the Spam Hotmail users receive to 100 a day. I don’t even bother to check mine anymore because it is invariably clogged with letters from deposed African noblemen, links to pictures of pick-a-celebrity in the buff, and offers for, um, bodily enhancements.
