NYET? NYT: “Ivanov Says Russia Will Veto U.S.-Backed Resolution on Iraq”. We shall see whether they actually go through with it. On the Sunday talk show circuit yesterday, SecState Powell was confident the US could get the nine votes needed to get a “second” (actually, 19th) resolution passed.
