Well, yeah. I mean, a lot of people expected he’d be in a rubber room by now, so still being on the ‘outside’ campaigning for Pres at all probably does exceed his wildest expectations…

How many guys have fallen by the wayside and he is still kicking. Fred and Hunter dropped out after Iowa. Thompson (Tommy), Tancredo, Cox, Gilmore, and Brownback dropped out before Iowa. If you are playing survivor, he is in the final five out of 12. And I bet you that within two weeks he will still be there and at least two more of the remaining 5 will be gone. If that doesn’t exceed his expectations, then he didn’t have valid expectations to begin with. Of course it does raise the issue of why he was and still is running if he had realistic expectations to begin with.

“… and the best part is, I finally found out who was writing those newsletters! Always kinda wondered about that!”
