Saddam Hussein Trial Judge Assassinated

I just heard the news on Fox Special Report (via TiVo delay). Strangely, GoogleNews doesn’t have the story yet. (Nor WaPo nor NYT)

Update (1951): Drudge has the following: “Its not the chief judge ..its a member of the tribunal of the judges on the case…” Apparently, NBC News broke the story, originally reporting it as the chief judge.

What I saw said that it was the younger judge that was seen in the video of Hussein’s hearing from last summer. Very sad news.

Oooh Kayyyy, Mr. lt bell Cuckoo…

You’ll notice it was NBC news that broke the story, incorrectly, that it was the chief judge.

I don’t know if it was an attempt to smear U.S. security efforts, or even imply that putting Saddam on trial is somehow unjust. The truth: he was not killed for his position, or support of the coalition.

But keep wringing yours hands togther, in your dark basement, where you concoct these stories for the “People’s Press”, or Bin Laden video tapes, or whatever. Be carful, you don’t want to be oppressed, or have Christian dogma “imposed” in you.

    ‘imposing their christian dogma ‘

WTF are you talking about? You want to sympathize with terrorist murderers that’s your business but the only ones doing the oppressing are the deadeenders who want to oppress people who want to be free from terror.
