Salaam Pax on CBC

Kate of the temporarily inactive (host transition problems) small dead animals e-mails that Salaam Pax was interviewed on the CBC Radio program “As it Happens” tonight.

What I heard was upbeat and positive from Salam.. even though the host used the phrase at one point refering to the removal of Saddam as “for better or worse”.

When asked about WMD, he was dismissive of the debate, and said “To tell you the truth, this is kind of secondary to the Iraqis…” who are just happy that Saddam is gone.

Interesting. He’s apparently on toward the end of the show. The audio is available (RealPlayer format) here.
