SHULA’S THE GUY
It appears Mike Shula will indeed be the next head football coach at The University of Alabama. An official announcement is expected “as early as today.”
One thing that has interested me about this process is the heavy involvement of UA President Robert Witt, who personally participated in each of the intereviews along with Athletic Director Mal Moore. This is a highly unusual move but I guess Witt doesn’t want to take any chances given the turmoil that has surrounded this position in recent years.
