Site Work in Progress

Some long-awaited cleanup is underway, so please excuse any wonkiness as the work gets done.

Some long-awaited cleanup is underway, so please excuse any wonkiness as the work gets done. Among the things that should finally get resolved:

  • Bulleted lists will stop appearing in tiny font
  • Comment counts on the front page
  • The return of the editing menu for comments

UPDATE: These seem to be done now. Let me know if you see any other issues.

Thanks for bringing back the comments count on the front page.

RSS feed for individual posts. You used to have it and now you don’t. This feature allowed your commenters to track comments in posts that they participated in. A very handy feature that allowed posts to maintain activity after they fell off your RSS site feed.

I’ve pinged my tech guy on this, since you’re the only one who’s mentioned it and I never knew we had such a thing.

Will there be a preview feature?

I’m going to see instead about the ability to edit comments after the fact, preferably for a limited period (5 minutes or so).
