One of the things many noted about yesterday’s edition of the Kagan Confirmation Hearings was the extent to which Elena Kagan used her sense of humor to disarm her questioners:

If nothing else, she might make oral argument more entertaining.

    I thought the funniest thing she said was that her politics and her decisions as a judge would be distinct.
