U.S. News has an interesting cover story profile on Vice President Cheney. While the Veep was thought by many to be the man behind the throne early in the Bush presidency, he’s faded almost entirely from the public limelight. As this piece notes, though, he is still Bush’s most trusted and influential advisor.
