Why?
Tyler Cohen has been taunted into writing an entire blog post without the letter “E.”
I’m reminded of Simms’ (Don Johnson) response to Roy (Kevin Costner) when asked whether he’d ever shot par with a 7-iron: “It never occurred to me to try.”

That sort of thing is awfully difficult to do, and can annoy many of the folks who must absorb that information. Artificial limits on writing? Difficult, but not unsurmountable.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!
I am, in turn, reminded of a Samuel Johnston quote:
I suspect it would be far more difficult to produce a blog post without the letter “I”.
One wonders whether that’s really true.
