LAST CHANCE?

LAST CHANCE? President Bush says the next UN resolution on Iraq is the organization’s “last chance” to prove its relevancy. Which seems harsh, as it implies somehow that the 17 other resolutions on Iraq weren’t phenomenally helpful.
