THE SCRAPPLEFACE CORROLARY: PoliBlogger and I have both verified, independently, that our blogs get vastly more visits when both we and ScrappleFace have recently posted. If ScrappleFace shows up as HOT! on the blogroll and we show up as [U] on his blogroll, we get probably a third more hits than when the ScrappleFace Factor is not in play. While correlation is not proof of causation, the theoretical basis for making this connection seems compelling.
