ATROCITIES PLANNED: Reuters: Powell Cites Report That Iraq Plans Chemical Attack. Specifically, there are plans to (1) use chemicals against Iraqis in the south (read: Shi’a) and blame it on Americans; (2) acquire uniforms similar to those worn by U.S. and British forces “in order to carry out massacres, which would then be blamed on coalition forces. These would, of course, be war crimes.
