GENEVA CONVENTION: Reuters/WaPo/Face the Nation: Rumsfeld: Iraqi Footage Violations Geneva Convention. Well, yes. Of course, the reason we’re having to fight this war is that Saddam is a murderous thug who has no regard for international law or human decency.
